Oil air lubricating is new lubrication technique developed from modern industry.It is used to lubricate the encased gear,roller bearing of mill,guide roller bearing of high-speed wire rolling mill,conticaster device,locomovite wheel rim,chain slipper,guideway,and bearing of quick cutting or grinding machine etc.
The principle of oil air lubricating is same as the oil mist.Compression air mixed with the oil,after passed nozzle the oil become tiny drop send to the lube point.The supply of oil is adjustable.It is dispersion and can enter all friction surface by the force of compression air .So it can make cooling,and take chip off.The size of drop is 50-100um smaller greasty than the oil mist,and its sent distance is shorter than the oil mist.
