WGDK Two-way lubrication system electric controller has three types originally,WGDK-01、WGDL-02、WGDK-03,thier function are "without witch ",and"all automatic"respectively,are applied for one flow mode lubrication system.This co.developed newly type WRDK series based on the WGDK.It is used WPLC control technique to suit the user need.This co.can also design and manufacture electric controller according user special need.
WGDK-03 is a typical one for its complete function,simple structure and work reliable.WGDK-03 electric controller is a complete automatic controller of two-way grease lubrication system,applid to control filling pump operated automatically,and to control the system oprated according predetermined mode(manual,automatic,continuous).This unit is set up a perfect function,prepared alarm bell and indicator lamp,so the user can discover the trouble and remove it in time,insure the unit running safe and reliable.
Opration principle
Switch on→put button→pump sent grease→line I gain grease→reverse→line II gain grease→reverse,pump mode
continuance mode
Switch on→pump sent grease→line I gain grease→reverse→line II gain grease→reverse→line I gain grease→reverse······,so continuously.
Automatically mode
Switch on1SJ begin timing preseted →time out,pump sent grease→line I gain grease→reverse→line II gain grease→reverse,pump stop;1SJ begin another timing peseted→time out,pump sent grease →line I gain grease······,go round and roud.
WGDK-03 also holds many watch and control functions;
●As exceed the time preseted of one control lubricating period,the system stops at once,and sent an alarm.
●When lack of grease in the reservoir,the filling pump's moter is over loading,stopping pump immediately,and alarming.
●When the lube pump or filling pump' s motor is over loading,stopping pump immediately,and alarming.
