Principle of dry oil dispenser
Date: 2018-11-30
The dry oil dispenser has a metering screw for adjusting the oil output and adjusting the pointer.

A replaceable metering screw limits the stroke of the dispensing piston. The longer the metering screw, the smaller the lubricant output.

Ordinary dry oil dispenser (4 hours lubrication cycle)

These two-line dry oil distributors without limit switches are not monitored by electrical feedback signals. The dry oil dispenser can be visually inspected by a pointer on the dry oil dispenser. The piston in the dry oil distributor corresponding to the pointer moves. When the dry oil dispenser is working, the pointer must be moved. During the intermittent time, all the pointers must be in the same position or in or out.

Dry oil distributor with electrical monitoring feedback signal device (45 minute lubrication cycle distributor) provides a separately monitored dry oil distributor for the dry oil lubricator for roller bearings in the chute drive gear. The dry oil distributor is equipped with a limit switch (inductive proximity detector) whose piston action is electrically monitored and controlled. If the outlet of the dry oil distributor is blocked for some reason, the limit switch will not operate. There is no feedback signal. The dry oil dispenser also has a pointer for quick and intuitive visibility into possible faults. A limit switch (inductive proximity detector) is provided at each pair of outlets of the dry oil distributor, and the movement of the distribution pistons in the dry oil distributor is the action of these limit switches. A time timer that exceeds the lubrication cycle is used to monitor whether the dispensing piston moves from one final position to another during each lubrication cycle.

Once the pump is unable to produce lubricant or is unable to generate pressure, or if the reversing valve does not operate (the final pressure is not reached), or if the main pipe is blocked or burst, an alarm signal is issued.
